I couldn’t believe the response I received when I mentioned I was going to be doing sessions while on my visit to UT this summer. WHOA!! I set out to do 11 families this year and I loved every minute of it. Let me first say, all these families did SUCH an incredible job with their wardrobe choices. It was just awesome. I hardly had to add a thing. Maybe a headband or an umbrella, but thats it. So many awesome parents and so many darling kids. My sessions mostly took place between 2 locations–for those that did not want urban we went to the historic Wheeler Farm. It was great, and I as you will see, the main highlight for me was this killer old truck. Loved it. And then I did lots of urban, which is always fun for me. The colors, the textures paired with cute, well-dressed kiddos….
The first family I shot was the Egan family. Amy and I went to high school together, and we haven’t seen each other since. She now has 2 of the most beautiful little girls. It was so fun reconnecting with her and meeting her family.
